Jesus said, “The kingdom of God is as if someone would scatter seed on the ground, and would sleep and rise night and day, and the seed would sprout and grow, [one] does not know how. The earth produces of itself, first the stalk, then the head, then the full grain in the head. But when the grain is ripe, at once [the farmer] goes in with [the] sickle, because the harvest has come.”  -Mark 4:26-29

Faith is like this. Some of us might be looking to find our faith, hoping for a church who would place faith in you. But if you’re looking for a congregation to meet your needs, rest assured that the Holy Spirit is already working on you and you have enough faith—even if you don’t see it now. Faith takes time to nurture and much of it is happening when we have time to rest and gather our thoughts. This is the joy of faith.

May you find time to relax in our worship by the goodness of God. We encourage you to join us for worship this summer. Be it a typical Sunday morning or our Christmas in July celebration (July 25th)—all at 10 am—know you are most welcomed to come and relax with us! We look forward to meeting you soon!

In peace,
Rev. Kevin O’Hara
